Master Agent Platform
Master Agent Platform — Build and Run Your Casino Distribution Network
The tier in your agent hierarchy that actually runs the business. Master agents recruit, configure, and manage sub-agents under their own brand, operate within operator-defined commercial bounds, and see real-time performance across every player and sub-agent in their tree. Built into the SoftAPI agent system. Included with every commercial plan.
Your position in the hierarchy
What a master agent does in the SoftAPI system
In most casino operations running agent-driven distribution, the master agent is the tier where actual business happens. The operator provides the platform, games, regulatory umbrella, and commercial framework. Sub-agents handle individual players, deposits, and withdrawals. The master agent is the middle — recruiting and managing sub-agents, setting their commercial terms, running promotional activity, and increasingly operating under their own brand.
This division of authority is what makes the SoftAPI agent system work at scale. Master agents have meaningful operational autonomy. The operator retains regulatory and commercial control.
Master agent capabilities
Every master agent in the system has access to the same capability set. Operators decide which to enable per master agent account.

White-label sub-portals for master agents
The single most differentiated capability available to master agents in the SoftAPI system. Master agents can operate as if they’re running their own casino brand — their own domain, their own logo, their own colors, their own player-facing experience — while still running on the operator’s SoftAPI infrastructure underneath.
This matters operationally because in agent-driven markets, master agents typically have their own player relationships and brand recognition that predate their relationship with any specific operator. A football-community agent network in Brazil has built brand equity with its players. A Filipino master agent running a Manila-based recruiter network has theirs. Forcing those agents to migrate their players to a different brand identity destroys the trust that made the agent valuable in the first place.
e.g. agentname.com.br or manilanetwork.ph — their casino interface, their domain
Logo, colors, typography, copy — consistent end-to-end with the player’s perception of a separate brand
Players never see the operator’s brand or the SoftAPI infrastructure underneath
Sub-agents access their own dashboards under the same master agent brand
Operator sees all reporting and regulatory data regardless of branding layer
Sub-portals are included in the standard agent system at no additional cost. No per-portal fee, no infrastructure markup.

Per-master-agent configuration
Every master agent account is configured independently. The pattern across every control: the operator sets the outer bound; the master agent makes choices within that bound.
| Configuration | Operator sets | Master agent sets downstream |
|---|---|---|
| Rev share % | Maximum rev share the master agent can offer sub-agents | Specific rev share per sub-agent within that cap |
| Settlement currency | Allowed currencies (e.g. BRL, USDT, USD) | Specific currency per sub-agent |
| Settlement schedule | Allowed schedules (daily / weekly / monthly) | Specific schedule per sub-agent |
| Game library | Maximum library accessible to master agent’s network | Specific library per sub-agent within that maximum |
| Player deposit limits | Maximum deposit limits the master agent can enforce | Specific limits per sub-agent / per player |
| RTP caps | Per-jurisdiction maximums | Inherited — not configurable downstream |
| Bonus / promo budget | Total promo budget allocated to the master agent | Distribution of that budget across sub-agents |
| Sub-portal branding | Whether sub-portal feature is enabled | Domain, logo, colors, copy |
| KYC posture | Jurisdictional baseline | Cannot relax below operator baseline |
| Allowed currencies for play | Which currencies players can use | Subset configurable per sub-agent |
| Languages | Available language localizations | Subset configurable per sub-agent |
| Withdrawal hold windows | Maximum allowed | Within operator maximum |
Operator sets the guardrails. Master agent makes every operational decision inside them.
Real-time reporting for master agents
Master agents see their downstream tree in real time through the SoftAPI dashboard — with their branding applied if they’re operating a sub-portal. The reporting layer gives full visibility into every player, every sub-agent, and every commission accrual in their network.
All views are filterable by date range and exportable as CSV, Excel, or via the reporting API. Master agents with their own BI capability can build custom dashboards through the API. See full reporting detail →
Reporting availability
A day in the life of a master agent
A master agent running a 3-tier network in a typical LATAM or Asian operation — this is a real role that active master agents work full-time.
This is a real role
Operators serving agent-driven markets often have master agents working full-time on their networks — recruiting, retaining, supporting, and growing them. The platform exists to make all of that operationally feasible at scale. A master agent running 200+ sub-agents and 5,000+ downstream players cannot do this without proper tooling.
Markets where master agents matter most
The master agent infrastructure is critical in agent-driven markets — not a feature but a table stake for competitive operations.
LATAM
Central- Brazil — football-community master agents are a major distribution channel; 3–5 tier deep networks common in North and Northeast
- Mexico — regional master agent networks across multiple states
- Peru, Argentina, Colombia — variable depth depending on operator model
Asia
Central- Philippines — 6–10 tier hierarchies are normal; master agents at PAGCOR-licensed operators routinely run hundreds of sub-agents
- Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia — agent networks with deep tier structures
- India — emerging master-agent patterns alongside regulatory evolution
Africa
Present- Nigeria — structured multi-tier networks for some operators, often around football communities and university-aged demographics
- Kenya — leveraging existing M-Pesa agent infrastructure for player recruitment
Tier-1 EU + US
Less centralAffiliate marketing dominates in Tier-1 EU markets and US real-money markets. Multi-tier agent structures are uncommon in these regulatory frameworks. The master agent system is available but typically not the primary distribution model for these markets.
If you’re operating in LATAM or Asia, the master agent platform isn’t a feature — it’s infrastructure.
Three-layer settlement model
Settlement in a multi-tier network runs in three independent layers. Each layer is tracked separately and visible in the appropriate dashboard view. Master agents see both their incoming settlement from the operator and their outgoing to sub-agents in the same interface.
The master agent’s commission accrues based on their downstream network’s GGR. The operator settles on the schedule defined in the master agent’s commercial agreement — daily, weekly, or monthly in any supported currency.
The master agent settles with each sub-agent using the rev share configured for that sub-agent, on the schedule the master agent chose. Master agents can pay sub-agents more frequently than they themselves are settled, if their cash flow allows.
Handled at the platform level — player wins, withdrawals, and balance management are platform-side. This layer is not a commercial settlement; it’s player account management.

The full agent system
Master agents are one tier. The system has three pages — each covering a different part of the hierarchy.

Configure your master agent network
The fastest way to see how the master agent system fits your operation is to model your planned hierarchy in the sandbox. We’ll set up a sandbox operator account with sample master agents and sub-agents so you can navigate the system from every tier’s perspective.
